Clitheroe, United Kingdom, September 2026— Promethean®, a leading provider of educational technology solutions, and TrilbyTV, a platform known for delivering dynamic visual content, today announced a new collaboration designed to help schools and colleges across the UK simplify and strengthen communications.
Through this collaboration, Promethean will connect schools with TrilbyTV’s centralised content management platform, as a complementary solution for managing and distributing timely information across learning environments using Promethean’s ActivPanel® D-Series and ActivPanel® 10 displays.
Schools, multi-academy trusts, further education colleges, and campus IT teams often face the challenge of sharing timely and relevant information efficiently. Traditional methods – such as static signs or USB updates – can create fragmented and inconsistent messaging. TrilbyTV addresses these challenges by allowing content to be managed and distributed from a single platform across screens throughout the school environment.
Effective communication is essential in education environments
The collaboration between TrilbyTV and Promethean gives educators and school leaders access to a solution for sharing announcements, event updates, safety messaging, and elements of school culture in a clear and engaging way. By simplifying how content is managed and displayed across classrooms, hallways, and communal spaces, TrilbyTV helps create better visibility and a more connected experience across the school community. With a new referral programme for Promethean’s reseller network, resellers will be able to identify opportunities within their customer base and generate additional revenue through referrals.
“Effective communication is essential in education environments,” said Simon Port, Sales RVP at Promethean. “Partnering with TrilbyTV provides schools with a straightforward, dependable way to keep everyone informed – without the hassle of managing multiple systems or inconsistent updates. Together we’re helping schools simplify communication and create a more connected experience for students, staff and their wider communities. At the same time, our new referral programme provides partners with an additional opportunity to support customers while growing their education business.”
“Strong partnerships are built on honesty and trust. The honesty that comes from Promethean’s years of experience in screen manufacturing and quality. The trust that comes from TrilbyTV’s focus on providing educational institutions with the best digital signage platform MADE for their needs. This partnership provides a seamless and exciting solution for years to come.” – Neil Emery, Director at TrilbyTV
The TrilbyTV solution is designed with the practical needs of education professionals in mind – from IT teams managing large-scale deployments to leadership and operations staff focused on enhancing school culture and safety communications.
For schools looking to modernise their communication channels with a solution built for reliability and simplicity, TrilbyTV on Promethean displays offers a proven approach rooted in real-world use.
