Pricing

The free trial gives you 30 days of access to a TrilbyTV Unlimited subscription. During this time you can add as many players as you wish and we are on hand via support@trilbytv.co.uk or web chat to help and answer questions.

If you are buying online, credit card information is only needed at the point you wish to subscribe. No card is needed for the duration of the trial.

We use Paddle as our online payment and invoicing provider. Paddle provides a secure checkout in your chosen currency and deals with taxation for your country. TrilbyTV never see your payment details.

You can cancel at anytime and will have access to TrilbyTV for the remainder of your billing period. If you have an annual subscription we allow for refund within the first 30 days in exceptional circumstances, please contact us. Remember, you have a 30 day free trial to determine if TrilbyTV is the right product for you.

TrilbyTV started as an education focused product and to encourage the growth of signage in schools the unlimited plan means a set annual budget for as many screens as you like, so parents evenings and events can see all digital displays in the school playing TrilbyTV content.
Education licences also include additional support from the TrilbyTV team including 1 to 1 onboarding and training sessions delivered live online.

Yes, for schools wanting a long-term commitment and fixed pricing for the duration, we offer a multi-year discount. This is available on a 3 or 5 year subscription basis.

For Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), School Districts and groups of schools we have a multi-site subscription which is discounted based on the number of sites. Please contact us via sales@trilbytv.co.uk for pricing and let us know the scale of your project.
