TrilbyTV’s Neil Emery celebrates one year since becoming a Digital Ambassador for Jersey
TechWeek comes as TrilbyTV Director Neil Emery celebrates one year since becoming a Digital Ambassador for Jersey. Neil has always had a very close connection with the island and was reintroduced to Jersey while working closely with Apple UK Education as a Distinguished Educator. After his most recent trip in 2019, a close friend told him about the newly created Digital Jersey Ambassador programme, and he jumped at the opportunity.
“I applied straight away to become a Digital Jersey Ambassador, and after an online application and follow up video call, I was extremely proud to be accepted into the programme. Jersey will always be a special place in my heart and my family’s heart. I’m excited to see how I might be able to work with the wonderful island of Jersey in the future.”
Schools in Jersey that are part of the TrilbyTV community
TrilbyTV is also proud to have had two schools from Jersey join the TrilbyTV community; Les Quennevais School and Jersey College For Girls. It’s fantastic from both Neil and TrilbyTV’s perspective to have a connection with the island. This event is testament to the tremendous growth and innovation of the digital sector on the island and the amazing work that Digital Jersey is doing to highlight this.
