Last week, the TrilbyTV team headed back to Excel London for Bett UK 2026, joining thousands of educators, partners and edtech enthusiasts from across the globe. From 21st to 23rd January, Bett once again proved why it remains a key date in the education calendar – a place to swap ideas, challenge thinking and have some genuinely great conversations about what schools really need.
We were based in the Teaching and Learning Zone, where we welcomed hundreds of visitors over the three days. It was a real mix of new faces discovering TrilbyTV for the first time, and familiar ones stopping by to share what they’ve been doing with their screens this year. As always, that balance is what we love most about Bett.
This year also felt especially social. If you follow us on Instagram, you’ll have seen plenty of behind-the-scenes reels and stories capturing life on the stand, quick conversations with partners, and snippets from talks across the show floor. Bett isn’t just something that happens in the halls anymore, we wanted to bring everyone along with us.

Collaboration in action
Being surrounded by friends and partners like Canva, NetSupport, Jamf and Skolon (to name a few!) made for some brilliant discussions.
We also caught up with Elliot Broadbent-Jones from Albion, who provide complete solutions for schools wanting to deliver outstanding teaching and learning with Education Technology.
During a conversation with TrilbyTV Director, Neil Emery, Elliot commented, “TrilbyTV is an immense platform,[…] it’s very easy to use and it’s also really well priced. You’ve made an effort to equip it with the right resources that actually help and further enrich schools and complement their own digital learning ambitions.”

Albion has sold a number of TrilbyTV subscriptions throughout their portfolio of schools, ranging from primary up to college level establishments. Thank you Elliot for your time at Bett, we look forward to continuing our partnership with Albion in 2026 and beyond.
Taking to the stage
Earlier in the week, Ben grabbed a mic and headed over to spend some time catching up with content partner Peach Wellness Academy, learning more about how they’re improving health literacy in schools and the impact their content is having when shared consistently across digital signage. You can watch the full interview here.

Then on Friday, Neil hosted two partner sessions, starting with Skolon, at their EdTalk, where he spoke about “reclaiming your screens – moving from complex systems to student success.” Later that afternoon, Neil joined Jamf to revisit the story of TrilbyTV and how our platform integrates seamlessly with Jamf’s device management tools.
Reflecting on the two sessions, Neil commented:
“We don’t just grow on our own. We grow by partnering with others who are also passionate about making the world of education a better place. So it was an absolute pleasure to deliver TrilbyTV focused presentations on the Skolon and Jamf stands this year at Bett 2026. Absolutely making our partnerships stronger for the years ahead.”
New features you couldn’t wait to hear about
Alongside conversations about celebrations, communication and community, we were excited to share some of our newest product updates. Player schedules and the new calendar experience were a big hit – from at-a-glance weekly views and colour-coded schedules, to drag-and-drop editing and weekly repeats that make managing things like lunch menus and clubs far easier.
We also shared upcoming updates including multi-slide Canva support, new Smart Content templates, and improvements designed to give schools more flexibility while keeping things simple. These built naturally on last year’s additions, including the 15 new Content Catalogue and Smart Content resources.

The conversations don’t stop there
Across the three days, the team caught up with customers, partners and collaborators old and new. Those conversations, whether planned or completely unexpected, are what makes Bett the successful event it is.
If we didn’t get a chance to chat, or if you’d like to continue the conversation, we’d love to hear from you. You can book a demo with our team, or start a free 30-day trial to see how TrilbyTV can help bring your community together – making it Bett-er than ever.
