Whether it’s troubleshooting a tech hiccup, sharing best practice tips, or just being a friendly voice at the end of an email, they’ve got it covered.

Terri: I’m Head of Relationships and have worked here since December 2023
Tom: I’m TrilbyTV’s Customer Success Lead, and I’ve been here 3 and a half years
Jack: Hi, I’m a Customer Support Executive, and I started earlier in 2025
How would you describe your role at TrilbyTV, and what does a ‘typical day’ look like for you (if such a thing exists!)?
Terri: As Head of Relationships, I manage the Customer Success, Renewals and Support functions – each of which plays an important part in ensuring that our customers have all the support and resources they need from day one of their digital signage journey with TrilbyTV.
My role is quite varied, essentially, I’m all about making sure our customers have a fantastic experience. That involves bringing new folks up to speed and training them, then regularly checking in with those on support packages to offer insights that are really tailored to their needs.
Tom: So I give customers the right tools and information to make the most of their digital communications. Reaching out to those doing well, supporting those needing assistance, and training anyone else wanting to know more.
Jack: And I support TrilbyTV customers with any issues they’re having with the platform, usually through our live chat for those instant fixes!
Tom and Jack, what would you say is the best thing about working at TrilbyTV?
Tom: The ethics of the company. Be human, be great.
Jack: Definitely the people. You’re surrounded by a team who genuinely care about education and want the best for our customers.
So Terri and Tom – personally or professionally, what have you achieved recently that’s made you feel proud?
Tom: I think it’ll have to be a personal one for me – we recently conquered bedtime by reading our daughter to sleep!
Terri: Having never been someone who has been involved in webinars, earlier this year I led a really fun session with Canva. It was one of our biggest webinars and I really enjoyed being a part of it and seeing lightbulb moments from the viewers in the chat.
That first webinar was so popular, we ran another with Canva in October, which I was delighted to host once again. It was great to catch up with Jade Parkinson-Hill and work with her to create more captivating content to inspire our customers!
What would you say is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
Jack: I really love reading. Whether it’s fiction or non-fiction, I can bounce from book to book and read a few at the same time.
Tom: I’d say being with my family, and playing video games too!
Terri: I’m quite creative, so outside of seeing friends and cooking up a storm in the kitchen, I also go to sewing workshops. Most recently I made a hoodie which was really fun!
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Terri: Teleportation. Imagine being able to teleport onto a film set and blend in with the extras and watch your favourite movie stars in person?! I’d also use it to visit family in Norway and just pop over for a cup of tea.
Tom: Be a friendly, neighbourhood Spider-Man.
Jack: Teleportation. You’d save SO much time when travelling.
(It’s a good thing superpowers don’t exist, otherwise we may never see our Relationships Team again between saving the city and disappearing off on holiday!)
Best film of all time? In your opinion of course…
Terri: The Wizard of Oz – my childhood favourite!
Tom: Kung Fu Hustle.
Jack: Hm, that’s a hard one… I’d say for me it’s Hot Fuzz.
Terri and Tom, do you have any hidden talents we don’t know about?
Terri: During school, I played in a brass band on the trumpet for several years. I’m Grade 6 practice and 7 theory, so I can sight read music. Unfortunately now due to my piercings, I can no longer play! But being able to read music is still a cool thing to be able to do (I think!)
Tom: Juggling and accents. Sometimes together.

And lastly, the most important question… cats or dogs?
Terri: I have a cat, but love both equally!
Tom: Dogs.
Jack: Dogs are infinitely better…
