New year, new conversations, same friendly faces.
The Sales team is often the first impression you get from TrilbyTV – the people on the other end of the call who take the time to understand your school, the challenges you may face, and what you need from your screens.
Meet Graeme (Head of Sales), Amie (Business Development Executive), Jennifer (Account Manager) and Josh (Account Manager). They spend their days listening, asking questions, and demonstrating how TrilbyTV can work for every school. No scripts, no pressure – just honest conversations with practical solutions.
With Bett 2026 just a few weeks away (😱) there’s a good chance you’ll soon be meeting this amazing team in person. So before the handshakes, demos and show-floor chats begin, we thought we’d start with the really important stuff.
Are they dog people or cat people?
Let’s find out…
Before we get to that most anticipated question… Let’s first find out a little bit more about what you do here at TrilbyTV.
Graeme: As Head of Sales, my role is to make selling the product easier. I focus on the strategy behind how we work, supporting the team and making sure we’re set up to spot opportunities and growth in the right way that feels authentic to TrilbyTV.
Jennifer: As an Account Manager, I work closely with schools across London and the South East, helping them get the most out of digital signage. Most days, that means chatting with schools by phone or email, understanding what they need and how their screens fit into the bigger picture – especially for MATs looking to grow and stay consistent across sites. I also love getting out into schools, seeing their screens in action and the brilliant content they’re sharing with students, staff and visitors.
What would you both say is the best thing about working at TrilbyTV?
Amie: It’s great to showcase the platform in demonstrations and see how schools and trusts respond when they can truly see the ease of use and benefit. Being a part of a growing, passionate team where we really do all pitch in to support one another is wonderful.
Jennifer: There are so many great things about working for TrilbyTV, but what I love the most is the opportunity to connect with different schools and educational leaders, and to see the positive impact our platform has as we support them in ensuring their digital signage is truly effective.
Personally or professionally, what have you achieved recently that’s made you proud?
Josh: Professionally, I’d say focusing on my region as an Account Manager to build connections with local schools and trusts. Personally, 4 months of golf progress.

Jennifer: Recently, I’ve been working on improving my memory – I now know Pi up to 50 digits.
Outside of work, what’s your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
Graeme: I love to spend time with my family which normally involves a lot of singing. Yes, we are like the Von Trapps!
Amie: Having some me time, plugging in my favourite tunes or podcast and enjoying the countryside on my doorstep, running and walking the pooch!
Jennifer: I’m a massive foodie so I like to cook different things and visit new restaurants or pop ups. I recently attended the Taco Festival in London last year. There were so many vendors – I had to try them all! Safe to say my pockets were empty by the end of the night, and I was definitely taco’d out!
If you could have any superpower in the world, what would it be?
Josh: Flying! For the amazing views and easy travel.
Amie: Flying for me too – I watch the birds in the garden and think what fun.
Graeme: Infectious positivity – because there’s not enough positivity in the world.

Okay, quick fire questions… Best film (in your opinion) and do you have any hidden talents?
Graeme: Star Wars: A New Hope, and I can normally solve a Rubik’s Cube in about 30 seconds.
Josh: Inception, and it’s not really a hidden talent, but I play guitar.
Amie: Any and every Christmas film ever made! I’m still searching for my hidden talent…
Jennifer: This is a tough one for me, but I’d say The Body Guard or The Lion King. And I can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under 3 minutes.

Now, for the MOST important question… cats or dogs?
Graeme: Dogs
Josh: I love dogs – I own a 4 year old Dachshund, but I also like cats.
Amie: I’d have to say dogs too!
Jennifer: I know it’s a ‘cop out’ answer, but how can you choose between cats and dogs? I love both!
