If TrilbyTV had a spotlight, this team would be the ones deciding where to point it. The Marketing Team is all about telling the TrilbyTV story – whether that’s through social posts, campaigns, events, or the occasional pun that sneaks its way into copy (strictly for engagement purposes, of course).
From captivating campaigns, to crafting content for clicks – our days are filled with ideas, analytics and caffeine. Lots of caffeine.
So, while Ben and Neil may have built the foundations for TrilbyTV, the Marketing team is here to make sure everyone knows about it. After all, what’s the point in being the UK’s number one digital signage platform if you keep it a secret?
So, let’s meet Suzanna, Francesca, Eleni, Rosie and Ajesh!
Let’s start with what your role is, and how long have you been working at TrilbyTV?
Suzanna: I’m Head of Marketing, and I’ve been here for about a year and a half
Francesca: I’m a Marketing Executive, and I’ve been here for three and a half years
Eleni: I’m TrilbyTV’s Junior Designer, and I’ve worked here for a year and 9 months
Rosie: I’m also a Marketing Executive, and I joined TrilbyTV in July 2025
Ajesh: And that makes three Marketing Executives! I joined in August 2025

Suzanna, Francesca and Eleni, how would you describe your role at TrilbyTV, and what does a ‘typical day’ look like for you (if such a thing exists!)?
Suzanna: I lead the Marketing department – making sure as many people as possible hear about and fall in love with TrilbyTV. Every day looks different for me! Today, I started by giving an update to the whole team before meeting with my amazing Marketing team to talk about our focuses for the week. Then I joined the board meeting to talk about plans for the next six months. Later on, I’ll be creating some content for our Autumn term campaigns. Later this week, I’ll be working on a case study and logistics for upcoming events. No day is the same!
Francesca: As a Marketing Executive at TrilbyTV, my role is all about showcasing what our digital signage platform can do for schools. As Suzanna mentioned, no two days are the same: one day I might be planning campaigns, writing blogs, or creating case studies, and the next I’ll be running our social channels or reporting on website performance. It’s a mixture of creativity and strategy, making sure our content reaches the right people and that TrilbyTV’s voice is heard loud and clear.
Eleni: As a graphic designer, most of my day is spent creating visuals for social media, campaigns, or digital content for different teams. I work closely with my colleagues, brainstorm ideas, and bring their concepts to life!

Rosie and Ajesh, as the two newest members of the team, what would you say is the best thing about working at TrilbyTV?
Ajesh: I’d have to say the team – they’re amazing! I also love seeing the impact TrilbyTV has in schools.
Rosie: I’d have to agree with Ajesh, the team is brilliant. I also love how much creative freedom they’ve given me since joining in July. I feel listened to, trusted and encouraged to bring my ideas to life – how awesome is that?!
Personal or professionally – what have you done recently that’s made you proud?
Rosie: In April, I ran the Manchester Marathon to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. I’m not a runner, so it was a real test of my physical and mental strength – but I completed it, and raised an amazing £1,700 for a charity close to my heart. It’s the most amount of pride I’ve ever felt for myself.
Suzanna: I hosted a webinar with St Ambrose College. I used to be quite nervous when presenting to a lot of people, but now I really enjoy it and I’m proud of that progress!

Eleni and Ajesh, what’s your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
Ajesh: Gardening – you have to have stripes in your lawn, right?!
Eleni: After work you will usually find me in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes or lifting weights at the gym.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Suzanna: I’d love to be able to teleport. Copacabana Beach after work? Yes please!
Ajesh: To be able to heal people, so nobody would get poorly!
Best film of all time… (in your opinion)
Rosie: I love Interstellar and think that’s probably the ‘best’… but About Time will always be my favourite!
Suzanna: That’s a tricky one – I love films! If I had to choose, I’d say True Romance!
Do you have any hidden talents?
Francesca: I make jewellery!
Eleni: I actually love to sew! I’m not a pro, but I can whip up a dress or give old clothes a new twist. I guess it’s just another way I get to be creative and bring ideas to life, kind of like design — just with fabric instead of pixels.
Finally, the big one… cats or dogs?
Suzanna: Cats – I have 5!
Francesca: 100% cats!
Eleni: That’s a tough one… both!
Rosie: Can I say both too? Although right now I do own a dog, so maybe I should say dogs!
Ajesh: A Direwolf from Game of Thrones…
So there you have it…
The Marketing team might work behind the scenes, but their creativity and energy is what puts TrilbyTV in the spotlight, connecting with educators across the world.
